he main objective of the project, based on previous experience of the applicant and the team members, is to acquire new knowledge about the selected properties of sensor technology by printing technology, the research of new organic composites for bioelectrodes, the design of an electronic platform for the Internet of Things, as well as automated processing of recorded biosignals what supports telemedicine services.


ORPRIC – Progressive organic and printed electronics technology for flexible biosensors

The research focuses on the design of devices compatible with organic semiconductor printing technology, optimization of technology using new electrical and analytical techniques developed for this purpose, preparation of photosensitive sensor devices as well as simple circuits for signal processing.

The proposed project dealed with preparation of novel nitrogen containing OLED materials (organic light-emitting diode). Materials based on carbolines, azafluorenones and alkynes structures. Project goal was their use in applications like digital displays in devices like television screens, computer monitors, portable systems such as mobile phones, hanheld game consoles, tablets, in solid-state lighting applications, in area of photovoltaics and in many others.


T2FOREL Theory and Technology of Interfaces for Fast Organic Electronics

The developed methodology helps to reduce the contact resistance by device design and enable OFETs for high-frequency applications and enable implementation into industrial applications (healthcare, photovoltaics, sensors and low-power applications.

The aim of the project was development of device suitable for deposition of molecular or nanoparticle monolayers from liquid surface by roll-to-roll technique. Device is an option setup and it is compatible with commercially available devices (Langmuir-Blodgett troughs) and it is suitable for industrial applications in photonics.
